Refund Policy

At Squareknot Next Technology Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide the best custom B2B printing solutions. Because our products are custom-manufactured specifically for your business, our refund and return policies are tailored accordingly.

1. Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom printed corporate apparel, event merchandise, and DTF stickers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customized items unless the products are demonstrably defective, misprinted by our team, or damaged upon arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged order, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving your shipment. You must provide photographic evidence of the defect. Once verified, we will offer a free reprint or a partial/full refund depending on the severity of the issue.

3. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted if production has not yet begun. Once the artwork is approved and the order is sent to the printing floor, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
