Thank you for choosing Squareknot Next Technology Pvt. Ltd. for your bulk B2B custom printing needs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All bulk orders are processed within 2-5 business days after artwork approval. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during event seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of quotation or checkout. We utilize standard and express courier partners across India to ensure timely delivery of your B2B orders.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages During Shipping
Squareknot Next Technology Pvt. Ltd. ensures high-quality packaging to protect your goods. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify our support team immediately so we can assist you.
